How do I place a custom order?
Simply visit our Free Mockup page and send us your design idea via email. We'll create a free digital mockup for you to review before you commit to an order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 5–7 business days for production, followed by standard shipping times. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Can I return or exchange my sign?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items. Custom signs are made-to-order and are non-refundable, but we'll work with you to make it right if there's a quality issue.
What materials are your signs made from?
Our signs are crafted from premium-grade tin and metal, designed to be durable and long-lasting. They're suitable for both indoor and covered outdoor display.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Absolutely! We offer a completely free, no-obligation digital mockup service. Just send us your idea and we'll show you exactly how it will look.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Contact us at info@TinPrints.com with details about your project and quantity, and we'll provide a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting the My Orders page in your account.
